first off, you should buy the Dec bicycling mag. I wouldn't usually recommend something like that, but there's a great story about the Large Fella in it.

I remember the posts when you first delivered that bike to Scott, and following his blog early on. The attention to your part in his story is well-deserved, good job.
Bob, agreed, great article!!! I used to be impressed that both my wife and myself lost 18 pounds each riding our bike!!!!
